Al Azlan Frozen Foods is a buffalo meat division prevailing over One Hundred Thousand square Yards of Green gazing field with high grade equipped processing unit under more than Fourty Two Thousand square yards within built slaughter house of modernized technology. Al Azlan group of companies which has been incorporated in the year 2005 under the Indian Companies Act 1956. In this duration Al Azlan group emerges as one of the pioneer food industries in India employs more than 500 work force heads.

Quality Control
Experienced and professionally trained staff in the field of Food, Science & Technology, Chemistry and Microbiology assures the quality of the materials quite thoroughly. From buying the materials to processing to marketing, the samples of every material are examined so many times as per requirements of local and international rules and regulations. Having been tested in a fully equipped lab, the samples of the food materials are tested at different levels of processing to assure that the final food products met the international standard.
Our Processing Plant is approved under the Quality Doctrine of HACCP, ISO 9001:2000 & The Food Quality Governing Govt. Body of India APEDA.


Products
We are North India based Halal Meat Processor . Our processing facility is well equipped with state of art & technology. Only naturally grazed animals are selected and they are slaughtered as per Islamic Rites under utmost hygienic conditions. The boneless meat is quickly frozen at Minus 40 degree C to retain wholesomeness of fresh meat. All our products are in compliance with Phito sanitary & packing requirement of importing countries.
